Amazon S3 is a cloud-based storage service, which make available to store, edit and retrieve Windows Server data in low-cost and save environment. The data is replicated between three different facilities to ensure its safety from disasters and contained in buckets. high level of availability is achieved by using AWS global network and geo-dispersed data centres. There are four major classes within Amazon S3: Simple Storage Service (S3) for "hot" frequently accessed data, Standard I/A — an example of "cool" storage class, Reduced Redundancy Storage (RRS) and Amazon Glacier archival platform.
