CloudBerry Drive: How to Enable “All Users Mode”

This article refers to CloudBerry Drive 1.4.3 and later.
As always we are trying to make CloudBerry Drive more mature and robust, The newer version of CloudBerry Drive comes an ability to manage mapped drives across all users on a computer.

In previous versions CloudBerry Drive stored mapped drive settings for a particular user by default and then there was an option to share user settings to all but now you can set "all users" mode on install so that all users will initially work with the same settings and be able to manage mapped drives between each other.

Introducing CloudBerry Drive 1.4.2

This article refers to CloudBerry Drive 1.4.2 and later.
The latest version of CloudBerry Drive comes with several new features.
  1. Hitachi cloud storage has been added to the storage accounts list.
  2. Amazon S3 China region has been added to the storage accounts list.
  3. For files stored on cloud drive it is now possible to display the actual file modification date instead of the last backup date. You can toggle this setting on the Mapped Drive Options dialog.

New Features of CloudBerry Drive

As always we are adding new features to the product to make it even more useful and efficient. In new release we've added two new features:
  • Support for AWS Region in Frankfurt –Now the users of CloudBerry Drive can store and retrieve the data in the new AWS Germany (Frankfurt) Region region just like any any other supported AWS regions.
  • Offline Activation the users with the lock down environment and no direct internet access can now activate the product online. The procedure is similar to other CloudBerry Lab products and you can learn about it here.
