On August 13, e-ChannelNews conducted a joint interview called “Next Generation of PSA Software” with David Gugick, Vice President of Product Management at MSP360 and Stephen Powell, co-founder, and CTO of Harmony PSA. The interview covers backup, disaster recovery and how they can be integrated into PSA for the seamless experience.
Both solutions are aimed towards automation of client's business. Their mix is intended to create a straightforward experience and, therefore, are constantly looking for the 3rd-party software to integrate with.
The cooperation of Harmony PSA and MSP360 is mainly a billing integration as it cuts the administrative overhead by pulling MSP360 Managed Backup Service billing data automatically to Harmony PSA. It is, therefore, cost-saving and more accurate than putting billing data into PSA manually. The integration also allows Harmony PSA clients to pre-purchase MSP360 products and services.
Having these two products together сan save a lot of time to MSP with automatic invoice generation and management.
Both companies see a lot of opportunities for further integration. In the future Harmony PSA might be able to manage all MSP360 infrastructure: billing, administration, reporting, management and more.
