The updated SharePoint site restore feature tackles the common issue of restoring deleted SharePoint sites by introducing enhanced restore capabilities, including selective restoration. Now, backup administrators can restore SharePoint sites either as new sites or to existing or alternate locations, streamlining the recovery process.
A new feature for Google Workspace backup introduces enhanced support for Organizational Units (OUs). This simplifies backup management and automatic activation for thousands of new users and OUs added to protected domains by MSP360 Google Workspace backup. This update gives backup administrators more granular control over backup settings across different organization segments, ensuring efficient data protection and user management.
With this release, MSP360 Managed Backup migrates Gmail backup from IMAP to the Google API. This ensures compliance with security policies while boosting backup speeds and reliability, providing improved security compliance, enhanced reliability, and faster backup speeds.
The new release also offers expanded backup options, with spam and deleted folders enabled for backup by default, providing administrators with optimized control and enhanced backup capabilities; the option to search messages across all email folders, allowing users to quickly locate and retrieve emails without navigating through multiple folders manually; and support for backing up and restoring SharePoint Site Pages, ensuring that all critical content and configurations within the SharePoint environment are fully covered.
