If I purchase one license can I activate CloudBerry Backup on two computers?CloudBerry Backup is licensed per computer. If you want to run it on two computers you need to buy two licenses.

I am a non-profit. How can I get a free license? Individual related to non-profit and education are eligible for free licenses. However we only grant up to 3 desktop licenses to the shops. (or 1 server license and one desktop license) Why? b/c when we grant a license we are also eligible for providing a first class support in the same way as we provide it to our paying customers.
In addition a non-profit organization has to contact us directly, we don't grant licenses to individuals and companies serving non-profits. Although we can discuss certain discounts.

How much does it costs to use CloudBerry Backup?You pay onetime fee of $29.99 (US) (or $79.99 for server version) to CloudBerry Lab. This includes one year free updates and email support.
You also have to pay Amazon S3 storage and transfer fees. Amazon storage fees start at $.15/months per GB of data. Transfer fees start at $.10 per GB of data transferred.

I am restoring the files on another computer. I have connected to my S3 account and bucket, but I don't see the files.Register the same Amazon S3 account and choose the same bucket and the prefix in advanced settings. By default the prefix is your old computer name. Specify the same encryption password as you used to back up the files. If you don't see the files which is unlikely, try to synchronize the database, go to Tools | Options | Advanced and click Synchronize Repository.
