I finally found the solution. Cloudberry Backup . It uses AES-256 bit encryption with a password that only I know. I have it backup to Amazon's Glacier and Microsoft's Azure cloud backup services.
For me, the choices were clear. For Windows user’s CloudBerry is a phenomenal solution. Not only does it offer everything I needed, it also offered everything I wanted. Like car insurance, I’ll be re-evaluating providers again down the road, but the next time, I’ll be using CloudBerry’s many features as a benchmark when comparing other utilities.

My favorite feature of CloudBerry Explorer is Compare and Sync Folders. This is an extremely useful feature enabling us to compare and sync either cloud or local folders.

Overall, I'm impressed with the add-in. It provides excellent value for the price and I'm sure CloudBerry Labs is already working on some of the annoyances that I reported earlier. This review is about the program’s usefulness as a basic, at home, consumer friendly, reliable, easy to set up and maintain, backup program – and in the view of this at-home user, it gets an "A".
I was very pleased to see that unlike Jungledisk, Cloudberry transferred the folder structure and files without putting them in containers. I was able to navigate the folders and see the pictures from the S3 web console. Very cool.

What this means is that CloudBerry Backup might not be for everyone, but it might be an excellent tool for its true target. Online backup for businesses and serious power users makes more sense using a storage they can control rather than a private and closed storage owned by the backup company.

There are a couple of good S3 file managers that can be used to manage S3 files like ... and CloudBerry Explorer (only available on Windows). It’s suggested to use S3Hub (or Cloudberry Explorer) as it implements the features that we mentioned here.

That freeware seems to be the most professional solution to manage your Amazon S3, CloudFront, Identity and even Authenticaion Management… Working as a real FTP client, you will have the same experience like managing a shared hosting account.

If you're using Amazon S3 for anything you're doing in your business you need to go out and get a license for CloudBerry S3 Explorer Pro. This tool is one of the most useful tools that I have found, not only do I use it daily but I bought licenses for everyone on our engineering team and they all use it pretty much daily as well.
CloudBerry Explorer is a freeware Windows Client for Amazon S3 and CloudFront services.
After setting up and using CloudBerry Online Backup for Windows Home Server for more than 2 weeks I am much more confident that my valuable data is safe and secure. CloudBerry has put together a great service and product with quality and reliability at the top of the list. I look forward to future versions of CloudBerry Online Backup for Windows Home Server when the next version of Windows Home Server is released.
The CloudBerry Explorer PRO tool allows a bucket policy to be crafted than can get very granular, with over countless variables and scripting capabilities for bucket ACL policies.

After having used a few other S3 management utilities, I honestly found that none of them were quite up to par with S3 Explorer’s robust – yet entirely powerful – user interface. but not many will know the INCREDIBLE WHS Add-inn I have been using. It’s called “CloudBerry Backup for Windows Home Server” and is a simple Snap in for WHS. ... I can’t recomend the WHS S3 version enough and I have read very good things about the desktop S3 version too.
So, all in all, my impressions of this application are really good ... Hopefully you’ll find this nifty little application as useful as I did!
CloudBerry provide the backup software for WHS but for the online storage of the backed up data you need to have your own account with one (or more) of a list of storage providers such as Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure, etc
I have used Cloudberry and Cloudberry Pro for some time and have had a great experience with the product. There is a function within Cloudberry to sync an S3 bucket with a drive on your local computer.
I am happy to report that compared to the free offerings in this space, Cloudberry has a vastly improved build quality, and in general feels more easier to use.
Cloudberry Lab’s Online Backup has many of the same features, but instead of paying a monthly fee for the software, you buy it outright.
One obvious benefit that CloudBerry Lab backup solution has over the KeepVault to me - is the ability to choose preffered online storage provider. Amazon and Microsoft seem to be strong players in the cloud market, therefore I think there is a bigger chance that they and their services will live longer.

Enter Cloudberry Explorer – I have been using this since my first CDN project (2008) and I have found it truly invaluable. You can do most every feature of S3 and Cloudfront, including sub-accounts, custom origins, default objects, object invalidation, and many of the other “new” features in Cloudfront — plus — transfer your files and manage ACLs.
I’m very happy I found CloudBerry Explorer, as it seems to support all new features introduced by Amazon S3 as soon as they are available, and I’ll probably start using it for all my S3 managing needs and not only to sync my backups.
Fortunately, there is a number of very nice graphical tools that allow you to leverage this API very conveniently. I chose to use the excellent CloudBerry Explorer for Amazon S3 to create my Distribution using a custom origin server.

I found a nice utililty named Cloudberry S3 Explorer which had some PowerShell Snap-in I could use. They even had an example script I could use as the base of my script.

The Amazon web interface does not provide the ability to invalidate a file yet, so I had to find a tool... Another good Windows option is CloudBerry Explorer .
What I can use is web based Amazon Cloud Management Console. This is well developed Web application, but I was really thirsty. Today I found easier application that works on Microsoft Windows 7.

Right now I use S3Fox and Cloudberry to manage my S3 buckets.
Would I recommend Cloudberry online backup? In a word Yes. Very simple to use, some great features even taking into account that I always want more! The interface is set up in FTP-style, with a split screen allowing file navigation on your computer and in your S3 account. Modeled as breadcrumbs and not absolute file locations, users can quickly jump between sub-folders and their parent directories. A pane on the bottom shows the file transfer progress, but there's a stand-out feature that makes this a serious tool for S3 obsessives.
CloudBerry - Windows Only (requires .NET 2.0) but better support for simulating folders with slashes. This has the more functionality than S3Browser and this is what I would recommend. The user interface is similar to the winscp browser and even supports moving data between one amazon user and another without incuring charges plus using Cloudfront.
Finally, someone has taken the drudgery out of using Twitter. If you wanted to quote a Web page on Twitter in the past, you had to copy the passage you wanted, paste it into a Twitter message, then do the same with the page's URL. Who has time for that? Not the people at CloudBerry Lab.

I was searching for some information on S3 and CloudFront and found this little gem mentioned in a comment on a discussion forum somewhere. I’ve started using this tool in favor of [another Amazon S3 cleint]. Its simply brilliant! And best of all, its FREE!

On my Windows box I think I’ll switch to CloudBerry Explorer, which does not need Firefox (but does need the .NET framework). Both use a familiar FTP-style interface that makes it very easy to upload an download files to and from S3.

I gave CloudBerry Explorer for Amazon S3 a try. Nice! Enter your AWS keys and the Cloudberry Explorer interface opens. It looks familiar, like my FTP program. but prettier. I was able to easily access my S3 buckets and upload to them. Yay. Cloudberry Explorer is my new tool to access my Amazon S3 buckets.
